Addictions.-

Hi everybody!

Today’s topic is” Addictions”. I think that it comes from the genetic part of the people and it’s increases with parenting, friendships and experience of life, for example if you had the gen of  smoking but no one to your closer circle smoke and you’ll never try to smoke its very probably that you aren't going to develop the gene  ever. In my case I think I am on the limit of being an addict, that’s because every time that I try something new (substances, experiences) and I really like it I want more and more, but something that was implanted in my upbringing or my conscience  say me “no! , it’s dangerous or It could cause some damage in future”. That’s the reason why I don’t smoke a lot like before, try to drink a maximum of 3 cups of coffee at day or I eat just one piece of cake to avoided weight gain and many other cases about  things that I like to do but I don’t like the consequences that it could come.

 But exist people who is really addicted to something and to overcome it is necessary a lot of strength of will, support of people who love and even give their some therapy because in many times this kind of attitudes came from some bad experience or trauma But I really believe that if you want overcome it is possible!
